What's This Job All About?
The Participant Services Coordinator will provide education and communication services to participants of the various retirement plans serviced by Greenleaf Trust. Broad responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting retirement plan educational meetings, meeting with plan participants, development and presentation of educational and informational materials, assist with participant call center, and coordination and scheduling of other resources relating to participant services.
